★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another surprise in Phitsanoulok. This is not just another restaurant, it's another level totally. The western menu is very sophisticated and the way dishes are presented tells you that this is a high level place. White table clothes, appropriate background music, and the quality of the food is superb. I wasn't used to this in Thailand, pleasant surprise.
