They have a random service charge that is higher than the VAT. They didn't provide any exquisite service and it wasn't busy so I was confused as to why they charged this.

We ordered 4 dishes and where 1 of 3 tables in the restaurant. Dish 1 was about 10 minutes, dish 2 at 30 minutes, dish 3 35min and finally 4th dish at 40 minutes. We asked several times so it wasn't a case of forgetting. Ridiculous for food that is street cart quality. No it wasn't staff as there was 5 working. It's time for the manager to do some training or firing.
