AIS service centre on 2nd floor, accessible over escalator from the first floor.. lunch time makeshift shops offer Thai food.. small shopping for clothes, accessories also available till early after noon.. coffee shop and S&P restaurant available till late evening..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse service I have ever experienced in my life! AIS cuts your internet connection for no justified reason (like primate countries) without warning, without "English" invitation to pay an outstanding bill and worse of all, without sending a decent A4-invoice that can be submitted for reimbursement to the Employer. Re-installing your internet is just a nightmare. The friendly and polite ladies are totally useless and not helpful because the AIS system is like that. We cannot pay (a full year) in advance, We cannot receive an English warning or invitation for outstanding payment, the company does not issue decent invoices of receipts: just small kassa-tickets, unacceptable to submit for reimbursement, warnings are in Thai ONLY and per telephone message, etc.! I regret so much to have changed TOT fibre-optic service for the incompetent AIS service, so called 10x faster but without any difference on your internet office tools! TOT staff are professional, perhaps not so sexy looking but very helpful and efficient!

The call centre staff is rude and incompetent, about the PA from the Serande i don't even want to start.
Choose between the 2 other available once and stay away from the horrible service.

Very organized over 3 floors to ensure social distancing and quick response to your questions and concerns .
