★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AIS Telewiz is the service outlet for AIS. You can pay your invoices there, buy a phone or let them help you to keep your phone or internet working.
Usually you get help as good as they can. Sometimes your problem might be a challenge. I always found that the staff is very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a nightmare. Many transastions can not be processed here as this is not an "AIS Shop." What is even the point of having this type of shop in the first place when all they can do is receive payment, which can be done easily online in 2020.
Not to mention inattentive and rude staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible costumer service! I just arrived in BKK yesterday. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I’m presently in quarantine and trying to figure out how to get a phone service/number here so I asked my sister if she could run an errand for me. She went out to “AIS Silom Complex” about 1:20pm-1:50pm with her friend and I was on the phone with her asking questions. I was definitely asking simple questions through my sister about the services and options, after a few questions I could tell that she pretty hesitated asking him questions because she tried to ask her friend instead. What I have heard a staff answered her, it was terribly unprofessional and irritated. According from his last answer, I told her to stop asking and just leave. I don’t know what’s his name but just want to share my experience and hopefully nobody else will get that kind of experience in the same way I got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 1h30 there. And I'm leaving with more doubts than I had when I arrived. Poor customer service. I understand that it's not easy to deal with someone like me who doesn't speak Thai. However there are minimal standard of clarity, efficiency and simple care to provide. Very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST AIS store ever. We applied fiber, but the installer didn’t show up at the reservation time. So we went to the store trying to figure out. First of all, the lady just said “oh it should be tomorrow” without asking any details. But the reservation day is not tomorrow! Then, she asked me to “use my own phone to call AIS call center”, I have spent hours trying to call AIS call center at home before going to the store, why should I do it in the store all over again? Eventually they said the have keyed in the wrong number so the installer couldn’t reach us... as if there’s no such call reception at our condo? I have been to different AIS shops, and this one is the worst of the worst so far. Wasted 4 hours waiting and communicating with them, ending up with the staff ignoring me in the store. So I left without problem solved. Strongly suggest people who want AIS service in this area go to central world store. Much much more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, it is fine to not know how to speak English, I don’t expect that; but there was an old lady that treated us very poorly and in the end looked like she was cursing us. Worst AIS store I’ve been to.
