★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AIS phone service is fine but the staff in this store are lazy and do not know anything about the promotions or plans available from AIS. I had to tell them about their own promotion to get it. Then they only sold the Sim card to me, didn't offer to install it, didn't show how to use the machine to top up or make payments. Very horrible customer service. Very very lazy staff.
