 Hainanese Chicken Rice The rice is crumbly, the chicken is not too oily, the sauce tastes good, it goes well with the chicken. The fried chicken is delicious with the dipping sauce, but today I couldn't eat it. The merchant was kind and included the chicken ribs in the soup.
