- แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นครับ ไม่ได้บำรุงรักษา ไม่ได้ล้างแอร์ประจำปี ทำให้ระบบแอร์เย็นช้ามาก ตรงข้อนี้คือขัดใจมาก
- พัดลมดูดอากาศห้องน้ำเสีย
