★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy hour, Robinson cashier still is able to process the bill and talk to other cashier nonsense personal family matter to annoy the customer waiting in long que. Because they are brown skin with fluency in Lao language.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For an ultra deluxe, super nice department store, this place is actually pretty affordable. True, you can blow a full year's salary on a small bucket of SK-II lotions, but not everything here is insanely expensive. The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. The people on the 1st floor are especially beautiful, since they spend all day putting on the expensive makeup in the stores. The perfumes smell nice, but not too strong when you're walking through. They have great elevators in the back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall has a little bit of everything. A Tops Supermarket with a small food court in the basement. They have plenty of shops, expensive branded ones, and other small shops. A few beauty clinics, hair salons and many many restaurants. An amazing cinema, showing all the best premiers. They also have an ice rink for those who'd like to ice skate. Sometimes there's a pop-up market inside the mall, with local vendors selling off homemade food or snacks. Robinson, electronic stores - Everything you need for your home. Good for those who live in the area, but not a tourist attraction I would recommend as it's just a mall. Very clean and security is fairly good, not too crowded.
