The clerk or checker in front of the picking yard, talks badly, yells at the car and asks who's picking it up. When the car told me the list, I came back and said that I didn't know how to wait before I parked and waited (the worst) I waited for 1 and a half hours and I still haven't picked it up. Very slow, very long wait Plus I found this kind of service is the worst.
