★ ★ ★ ★ ★ เป็นร้านที่แย่มาก ที่เคยเจอมา วันนี้ เราให้แมสเซ็นเจอร์ ไปซื้อหลอดไฟ 25 หลอด พี่เค้าซื้อมาผิดขนาด เราต้องการเอาไปเปลี่ยนแล้วเพิ่มเงิน เพราะยังไม่แกะใช้ ทางพนักงานบอกว่า เปลี่ยนไม่ได้ แล้วบอกเราว่า ไม่มีนโยบายเปลี่ยนของ ให้ลูกค้า แถมยังพูดว่า ทางเราไม่รู้ว่าลูกค้าทำอะไรกับของหรือยัง คือเราบอกว่า เรายังไม่ได้แกะใช้เลย ทำไมให้เราเปลี่ยนไม่ได้ ถ้าแกะกล่องแล้วเราเข้าใจ แต่นี่ยังไม่แกะ แถมกล่องทีมา ก็เหมือนทางร้านแกะ แล้วด้วย แถมยังบอกอีกว่า จะมีผลต่อสต็อกสินค้า เราบอกว่า ทำลดหนี้ ให้เราแล้วเปลี่ยนสินค้าก็ได้ แล้วเพิ่มเงิน พนักงานบอกว่ายุ่งยาก แถมพูดจาไม่เอาลูกค้าเลย บริการแย่มากค่ะ เราบอกว่าคงซื้อสินค้ากับทางคุณแค่ครั้งเดียวนี่แระค่ะ พนักงานตอบเรามาว่าไม่เป็นไรค่ะ ถ้าคุณบริการลูกค้าแบบนี้ คุณไม่มีทางได้ใจลูกค้าหรอกค่ะ
