★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my cat for shower at first time was great, the staff was so gentle, it was her first time shower. After the hospital getting more known seems like the staff was in a rush. I found twice that the staff forgot cotton in my cats ears,i found them after saw my cat was trying to scratch her ears badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very impressed with a lady veterinarian who was the main vet of my dog. She overdosed the dog and you wont believe the bills I paid for the repetitive medicines (nearly 8000thb purely on the meds per visit!!!!! And we went every week for 3 months!!!!) She’s very cold, relatively rude and has no heart to cure animals.
The 2 stars are for one veterinarian who was very caring and actually told me to ditch unnecessary pills which I later found out that they damaged my dog’s kidneys. I wish he treated the dog and perhaps my dog wouldn’t have to suffer to death.
Now we have a new kitten…my mum asked me to drive an hour away to another clinic as she refused to have our pet treated by this hospital ever.
