★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice Hideaway in the middle of a rapidly growing Chaiyaphum City. This facility appears to be from the efforts of Her Royal Majesty, Maha Chakri Srindhorn, a rather amazing person, who spends a great deal of her personal time moving Thailand citizens in a positive direction. The coffee shop will destroy any notion of a Starbuck superiority. Roughly 35% of the quad is still under construction. The facility appears to be a formal meeting place for local business persons and officials. The construction is first class. Back to caffeine. I had an Iced Coffee and a Lemon meringue style cheesecake. There are few ovens in the land of Smiles, so be a gracious guest and keep your addiction to New York style or Key Lime cheesecake to yourself. The Thai style cheesecake is much more difficult to make, as baking is considered a bad use of cool weather. The lemon zest paired well with the caffeinated libation.
This Cafe unfortunately is so awesome that it will become an "In Spot" before long. Its one of my favorite places to hang out and complain about not being able to locate Her Majesties non GMO super rice seed.
