★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products and prices are very nice. But! The service process is horrible ... Very long waiting times for buy sanitary or furniture ... Staff say people go out for food... We like to buy a lot for the new house and every time we need to go for all single products to the cashier .... That's not costumer friendly .... Sorry but I not come back. I have spend more 100.000 bhat and have wait sometimes more than 40 minutes for the staff that I can buy products. I go back to homepro. There i i c buy everything together with people they arrange all together for me I only need to pay all at the cashier and have a relaxed shopping experience ... I hope dohome make a better costumer care in future ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On solar system : went early December , got a quote for full system , bought all hardware (products fine) , since then not working and no advise and understanding on dimensioning and troubleshooting! So disappointing -and waste of big money- . How to recommend in such case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I am building two houses I am a regular buyer from Do Home. They have a wide range of products and their prices are good but not as low as Thai Watsadu.
Their staff are generally poorly trained and have very little knowledge of what they have and where it is.
The biggest problem is their collection from their warehouse store. If the item you buy is large you have to pay, wait up to 30 minutes to get a collection docket and then wait on average two hours for someone to find it and bring it to you.
Only buy items on their shelves or you will have a long long wait. On one occasion they took so long I had to come back the next day and wait another hour for them to find my item.
I rate their service and delivery a zero.
Do not shop here unless you have to.
