คอนโดนี้โดนปลวกเล่นงานอ่วมมาก ไม้ทุกอย่างในห้อง ปลวกกินหมด วันดีคืนดี ฝนตก ปลวกบินออกมาจากรังเต็มห้องเลย ลิฟเสียบ่อยด้วย
แต่ข้อดีคือมันสะดวก ใกล้รถไฟฟ้ามาก ห้องเช่าเดือนละ 5000 บาท แถมใกล้รถไฟฟ้า หายากมากในละแวกนี้ ที่พักใกล้ๆกันเริ่มต้นก็ 8000 บาทแล้ว
สภาพห้องเช่าภายในปรับปรุงดีกว่าอาคารภายนอก มีที่จอดรถมอเตอร์ไซค์หน้าคอนโด แต่ไม่น่าปลอดภัยนัก ที่จอดรถยนต์ แคบมาก จอดเบียดๆ ได้อย่างมาก ไม่เกิน 5 คัน
