The female officer at the screening point on the 2nd floor of the Alien Working Department.. She doesn't speak well and doesn't give good advice at all.. We politely ask.. It's very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had mostly positive experiences so far. The staff were helpful, and were quick when compared to other government offices.
The biggest negative is the extremely small car park, It makes it difficult to park even if you are there before opening time. Also there could be better English signage for the newcomer in regards to where to go when you first get there, and which office to enter... especially if you're there on-time as you'll have to wait until everything gets settled before you can go inside.
