However, did not get a confirmation email even though the payment went through. Waited 2 weeks but no delivery. I contacted them via email and they responded and was very helpful. Must have been a technical issue when ordering. They could see my payment but needed my delivery address and it was all sorted out very quickly. They even included a free gift for compensation which was above expectation. Good response and support by 360ongsafitness.
