321 clean - Bang Lamung District

Es wird nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Für 3 Stunden Arbeit ist es eher eine Enttäuschung.

After dealing with other cleaning businesses who would forget to turn up, or turn up 1-2 hrs late without a phone call I decided to try 321 clean and was pleasantly surprised beyond my expectations..after 2 cleans I am now using them as a regular. Would definitely recommend.

Worst cleaning company around. Had a regular cleaning date and time: No show asked why and reply was I didn't do roster this week. never replies to messages. Next clean: cancelled Missed another clean and they sent a team without telling me the next day.

Have used his service 4 times and let me tell you how it went. Service 1. Mattress cleaning, all good besides me, customer having to carry up and down the machine for cleaning, only weighing 100 kg or so Service 2. Good clean, charged for 4 hours, cleaned for half that time Service3, He forgot to send staff at all, after numerous calls he sent someone, not a single sorry, an apology is not in his vocabulary, Charged for 2 hours, cleaned for 1 hour Despite having told the staff and having sign in Thai, explicitly telling not to place rubbish in certain place, they went ahead and put rubbish exactly in that place. Informed the owner, response was none, not even a simple sorry Service 4, After having spent 2 days trying to confirm, he cancels it night before the job. Then another 2 days to reschedule. Taking 6-12 hours to respond in Line app is the norm. Anyhow, finally arrived for service. Given staff clear instructions on what to do and not to do. Cut the story short, 1 hour into the job, staff did nothing and what they did was all wrong. Contacted the owner to come back to deal with a growing problem but was brushed off and told he will not come back. Staff caused a major problem for me,(including possible legal problems), did not clean, broke stuff and threw away stuff which was not rubbish and belonged to other people. Owner did not bother to follow up on the same day, nor on the day after, but 2 days later, he makes contact, no apology of any kind, asking if i was happy. Let me be clear, while staff was here, i spent 2 hours scrubbing walls while they stood and watched, i spent half of my day running up and down telling them 3 times to do something which was not done. I then spent 2 days after that, cleaning up after them, and fixing all the damage they have done. So i told him i was not happy. You would think one would get an apology and he would come out? You would be wrong. Silence. Finally on 4th day after, he shows up to collect the money, AGAIN no sorry of any kind. Showed him pics of filth and dirt, told in in fine detail of what took place and turns out, its my fault for not being clear and my fault for not managing the staff. Not only that, despite causing damage and me having to waste 3 days on cleaning and fixing, he dared to ask for money. If you want to risk it by all means go ahead but here is someone who used his service 4 times, giving him the benefit of the doubt and the results

Am using their service for many months, once a week. Normally I would give 5 stars but the service quality strongly depends on which cleaner team shows up. It is possible to talk to send mostly the same cleaner which helps. Communication is often a bit delayed but that is not a big deal for me. Doing a good job, thanks!
