Poor service, speaking because but not pleasant. I bought things, did not ask for free. I understand that you are busy. But you work in the service and we are your customers. Customers will order more items, just tell your name to go and look into your system, what customers ordered and what went. Or if the customer loses the receipt, what kind of help will you do for them?
