★ ★ ★ ★ ★ เบอร์โทรที่แจ้งไว้ ทำมัยติดต่อไปไม่มีคนรับสายคะ แถมหลังจากนั้น เราโทรกลับไปอีกหลายครั้งเบอร์ก็ไม่สามารถติดต่อได้เลยเหมือนปิดเครื่องไว้ คุณรับจองห้องไว้คืนวันที่ 17 กพ. เวลาที่แจ้งไว้ว่าจะเข้าไปถึง 20 น. เราไปถึงเหรดเพราะไม่รู้เส้นทาง ทำให้ไปถึงช้า ประมาณเกือบ 21 น. เราโทรไปประมาณทุ่มกว่าเพราะต้องการจะโทรไปสอบถามเส้นทางก็ไม่มีคนรับสาย พอไปถึงก็ไม่มีคนมาเปิดประตู หรือแม้แต่จะให้สอบถาม คือผญ. 3 คนเดินทางมาไกลพร้อมสัมภาระ ไม่รู้จักเส้นทาง แล้วทางเดินเข้าที่พักก็ดูไม่ค่อยปอดภัยในเวลากลางคืน เราต้องไปหาที่พักใหม่คืนนั้น ไม่ทราบว่าคุณยังให้บริการอยู่รึเปล่า แล้วถ้าไม่ ทำมัยรับจองห้องแถมเราได้มีการจ่ายเงินไปแล้ว และไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินได้ อย่างน้อยควรจะแจ้งปัญหา รึรับโทรศัพท์นะคะ
