★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I visited this post office today to mail a small package to the USA. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also quite patient with my poor Thai language skills. In fact, one of the three ladies present spoke sufficient English to help me complete the transaction without any problems.
The interior and exterior are excellently designed with bold signage making it quite clear about what services are offered. The only drawback is the entrance. The two steps up are quite tall, making it impossible for my daughter to enter using her wheelchair. I had to lift the chair with her in it to get her into the building. Even in this task, both staff and customers were immensely helpful.
