★ ★ ★ ★ ★ พนักงานบริการแย่มากๆหน้าบูดตระคอกใส่ลูกค้าทำหน้าทำตาปริ้นป้อนเหมือนลิงเหมือนค่างพูดจาหมาไม่แดกโลตัสเปิด24ชั่วโมงแต่พอเลยห้าหกทุ่มไปพนักงานปิดประตูไม่ให้ลูกค้าเข้าแล้วยืนเกาะกลุ่มคุยกันเปิดเพลงเสียงดังทำให้ลูกค้าโซนมหาชัยต้องไปใช้บริการที่สาขา30กันยาแทนเวลาช่วงดึกลูกค้าเข้าไปซื้อของทำเหมือนไม่พอใจโยนนั่นนี่เสียงดังฟึดฟัดสักพักจับกลุ่มนินทาลูกค้าคนโน้นคนนี้อีกเรื่องคือการทอนเงินไม่ค่อยถุกและเวลาลุกค้าเยอะๆเปิดแคชเชียร์แค่เครื่องเดียวคนอื่นนั่งเล่นโทรศัพท์พูดจาไม่มีครับ/ค่ะเลยบางเวลาด่ากันจ้ามหัวลูกค้าอีดอกอีเหี้ยไม่เหมาะสมมากๆนะคะฝากถึงผู้จัดการร้านช่วยอบรมสั่งสอนพนักงานของท่านด้วยนะคะอย่าให้คนประเภทนี้มาทำให้ชื่อเสียงของโลตัสเสียหายด้วยคำว่าไม่อยากเข้าเพราะเหตุนี้เลยหลายคนเขาฝากมาแย่มากๆเลยค่ะ ขออภัยหากใช้คำพูดไม่เหมาะสมแต่เจอมาหลายครั้งแล้วแบบนี้ก็ไม่ไหว ขอบคุนค่ะ
