★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long time ago, this was Phetchabun’s top shopping center. Now it isn’t any more. On ground floor they usually have a great space with clothes promotion. You will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, Dairy Queen, MK Restaurant and some small shops. First floor mostly clothes and Mr. Fix, second floor clothes and a sports shop where you can find a lot of special offers, third floor – used to be the best floor with CDs, food, games etc. But nearly everything is gone. I avoid going to third floor now.
I don’t know why they don’t invest some money and make Topland a great shopping place again ?. I miss these old times
