★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ผมจะมาแชร์ประสพการณ์การเข้าไปใช้บริการร้านโตเจริญพร19ให้ฟังกันครับเพื่อพี่ๆจะได้ตัดสินใจว่าจะยังใช้บริการร้านโต19 อีกต่อหรือไม่นะครับ...ผมได้ให้น้องไปสั่งสินค้าตามปกติได้สินค้าตามต้องการแล้วผมจึงโอนเงินให้ทางมือถือ..ตามปกติลืมบอกไปว่่าค่าสินค้าประมาณ1170 แต่มือถือผมมีปัญหาเลยโอนเกินไป 10000บาท สอบถามทางพนักงายขายว่าแก้ไขอย่างไรได้บ้าง ไต้รับคำตอบกับมา ทำอะไรไม่ได้เลยต้องรอ ตรวจสอบ 2อาทิตย์ถีงจะได้เงินคืนแล้วพนักงานคนเดิมได้ขอเลขที่บัญชีไว้ครบสองอาทิตย์จะโอนคืนให้.......เวลาผ่านไปครบสองอาทิตย์พนักงานคนเดิมแจ้งว่าเอกสารไม่ครบลูกค้าต้องมาเขียนคำร้องขอเงินของตัวเองคืนนะถึงจะได้รับเงินคืนและจะต้องใช้เวลารอคอยเงินอีก 1อาทิตย์นะ ผมเองก็ทำอะไรไม่ได้อยู่แล้วก็ตองรอต่อไป แต่ขอถามสักหน่อยเถอะพวกคุณปล่อยให้เวลาผ่นมาตั้ง 2อาทิตย์ทำมัยไม่แจ้งลูกค้าก่อนหน้านั้นครับ!!!!!!!!!!!!!สรุปผมก็้ต้องรอ อีก1อาทิตย์ใช็เวลารอมาแล้ว 3อาทิตย์ แต่ยังไม่ได้เงินคืนเลยครับ พอถึงเวลานัดผมจึงสอบถามว่าที่นัดจะคืนเงินให้ผมนั้นทำมั้ยยังไม่โอนคืนให้ผมครับ พนักงานแจ้งว่าคนโอนเงินในบริษัทป่วยจึงไม่สามารถโอนเงินคืนได้งงครับงง ผมจึงแล้วนัดมาทำมั้ยถ้าไม่สามารถทำตามที่ตกลงไว้ ได้รับคำตอบกลับมาว่า หนูไม่ได้บังคับให้พี่โอนนะคะ คำตอบของพนักงานขายตอบได้.........มาก แสดงถึง..........บริษัทใหญ่แบบนี้ให้บริการแบบนี้.....พนักงานที่ตอบลูกค้าแบบนี้มันแสดงถึงหน้าร้านโต 19 ว่า.......ตอนที่ผมพิมอยู่นี้ 22/11/64 ก็ยังไม่ได้เงินคืนเลยครับ ............ผมหวังว่าประสพการณ์อันเลวร้ายในการใช้บริการซื้อสินค้าคงจะมีประโยชน์ต่อการตัดสินใจว่าจะใช้บริการร้านโต19นี้หรือไม่นะครับ............ขอมูลเบอร์โทรของผมที่มีครบถ้วนนะครับ เลขที่บัญชีก็มีนะครับ.............

Represents.........a big company like this provides services like this.....the staff who responds to customers like this indicates that the store has a big 19.......when I identify I'm here on 22/11/64 and I still haven't got a refund. ............I hope that the bad experience in using the shopping service will be helpful in deciding whether to use this 19th store or not...... ......Give me the complete information of my phone number.
