★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking can reach a car wash shop, and some steamboat or local food, Clean environment, but when we need a extra bed. The staff said need to call in to confirm first. But it not state at agoda at first. The staff is not freidly as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -Good location for someone with a vehicle. -Not too far from the city centre. -Surrounded by several restaurants and coffeeshops. Unfortunately, most were closed during my visit.
-Rooms are clean and new, but bed is a bit on the firm side. My back hurt the next morning.
-Reception staff need more training in dealing with guests. No warmth, almost robotic.
-Breakfast was just toast and coffee/tea. Not even porridge or eggs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room clean. Bed a bit hard. Receptionist need more training. We requested our road bikes (clean) to be in our rooms since there is no proper secured bicycle parking area. Other hotels allow our bikes to be in our rooms or at a secured storage room. She denied my request and seemed to get angry when I said our bikes are quite expensive and we’re worried they will get stolen. She came out and rudely gave instructions to the guard to figure out where we’ll park. We ended up stacking the bikes near the guard’s post at the entrance of the building. At least the guard was courteous.
I’m typing this review at 5:30 in the morning because I can’t sleep. You can hear the doors open and close in the whole floor! Probably the cleaner or guests leaving early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some rooms smell Bad, Reception speak No English and No elevator:
With some reasons, the air conditioning was smelling very bad, like a dead mouse on the second floor. They've changed the room to the 3rd floor. Building has NO elevator, so in the middle of the night I was packing and unpacking moving up and down. Then after we checked the 3rd floor's air conditioning was fine, but later unexpectedly I figured that the toilet on 3rd floor smells very bad...
Now, add the fact that the reception didn't understand English into the process and I was lucky that one of the reception's husband were there after his wife who knew some English...
