★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kua-kai has that charcoal scent and the texture of chicken is good-not too chewy. Flavor is quite mild so you might need to pour some chili sauce in there as well.
I would say it is one of the best Kua-kai (fried noodles with chicken) that I have ever eaten.
Price is reasonable. The whole restaurant atmosphere is good and quite clean.
Staffs were polite and quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for a late night chow after 9pm, this is the place to go near the Chulalongkorn University district. The “suki-hang” was fantastic! The kway teow noodle was fried to perfection with the charred and burnt crisp to add on texture. The meat accompanying it was well marinated as well (and you can probably toss away the lettuce that it’s plated over)! If you’re up for it, do get the grilled scallops as a side dish and wash it off with a cup of ice tea.
