Came in at first, a large shop, a lot of stuff, I like it, but ask the staff for products. I didn't answer well. Can't find things I didn't buy it

Lots of stuff, cheap prices, spacious shop. But stuck a little bit, the cashier frowns a bit, speaks shortly, doesn't have a voice.
