★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New hotel but quite unprofessional.
1. Parking lot has unroof-access to hotel
2. Step between restroom and usual floor was quite too high caused accidental kick the step, possibly broke the leg finger bone.
3. I left room at 9 am and come back at 9pm with No cleaning room. Hotel said the maid forgot !! ??
4. Hotel said breakfast ready at 6.30, by then, there was only fried egges and sausage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give it 4 stars. The management staff was great. The service staff....well...not good at all. I booked 3 pool side rooms for my family and friends for the Rocket Festival. Could not get coffee in the mornings....it was more easy to say the coffee machine didnt work. Pool side rules for kids was more than needed...especially me being an active parent with my kids i really didnt think i needed someone to say to my kids how they should play. Evening time is for adults and trying to get food and drink for us was not pleasant....tip didnt help...so just ordered more to get us through the evening. Pool was fun. good coffee couple miles down the road. Rocket festval...Awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay at this hotel for 10 nights on ground floor double room with pool view can't fault the room nice, modern and cleaned everything day with fresh towel and you have a patio table and 2 chairs, sun lounger and parasol the only thing I would say is bring your own mug but you could ask at the coffee/restraurant which would deliver food to your room if you ask . All staff at the coffee/restraurant & hotel are brilliant even though there is a language barrier, but staff will do their best and you get there in the end with lots of smiles. Would recommend ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price, best in hotel in this area, maybe best hotel in Roi Et province. Nice reception area. Car park is close to lobby. Attentive staff. Accept credit card. Large pool with activity. Breakfast is not the best for everyone, but good for this price. Nice room and restroom. Everything is new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here last year. Amazing service, best English from manager / owner even so far out from a main city! Basically was fluent in English so made everything easy. Very nice and modern. Free breakfast as well. Only complaint would be staff at the cafe at the front knowing better English, but the service is passable as you only need to point at what you want.
