Air bnb ห้วยขาแข้งคันทรีโฮม
หากไม่ต้องการเสียเงินฟรีแล้วไม่ได้ห้องพักไม่ควรจองกับ host รายนี้เด็ดขาด!!
วันที่ 5 กค.63 ช่วงเข้าพรรษาครอบครัวเรา 6 คนได้จองบ้านริมน้ำ เกาะเทโพ ผ่านทาง air bnb จำนวน 2 คืน โดยได้รับ confirmation code และเงินถูกตัดจากบัตรเครดิตเรียบร้อยจำนวน 15,976.48 บาท จึงวางใจว่าได้ห้องพักแน่นอน แต่เมื่อถึงวันเดินทางได้โทรไปสอบถามเวลาเข้าพัก กลับได้รับคำตอบว่าบ้านพักหลังที่เราจองมีคนเข้าพักแล้วในวันก่อนหน้านี้ 1 วัน และจะคืนเงินให้เรา ด้วยความที่ เป็นวันหยุดยาวหาที่พักค่อนข้างยากและไม่ใช่ความผิดของเรา จึงบอกให้ host หาที่พักทดแทนให้เราซึ่งเขาได้หาที่พักให้ใหม่เป็นห้องพัก 3 ห้องระดับราคา 650-1,000 บาทต่อห้องต่อคืน ซึ่งเราต้องจ่ายเงินเองและจำใจยอมรับการพักที่นั่นด้วยไม่มีทางเลือก โดยเขาบอกว่าจะคืนเงินที่ตัดบัตรเครดิตให้เราหลังจากที่เขาได้รับจากทาง air bnb แล้ว ปัญหายังไม่จบแค่นี้ เมื่อเรารู้ต่อมาว่า host รายนี้ได้จองห้องให้เราเพียง 1 คืน ทำให้เราต้องรีบติดต่อหาที่พักใหม่อีก 1 คืน การที่เจอ host แย่ๆแบบนี้ทำให้เราหมดสนุกในช่วงวันหยุดยาวนี้ไปเลย
หลังจากกลับมา 2 สัปดาห์ ทาง host โอนเงินคืนมาให้ 14,000 บาท โดยแจ้งว่าทางเขาถูก air bnb หักเงินไป ซึ่งนอกจากเราไม่ได้ห้องพักตามคาดหวังแล้วยังต้องเสียเงินไปฟรีๆอีกเกือบ 2,000 บาท ไม่ทราบว่าเป็นค่าอะไร ที่จริงแล้วเราไม่ควรต้องเสียเงินในส่วนนี้เลย เมื่อ host ผิดพลาดเองเขาควรต้องรับผิดชอบเงินตรงนี้ไม่ใช่ผลักภาระให้กับลูกค้าแบบนี้ และเขายังบอกให้เรารีวิวความไม่มืออาชีพของเขาด้วย จึงขอเตือนผู้ที่จะติดต่อจองห้องกับ host รายนี้คือ “ห้วยขาแข้งคันทรีโฮม” ให้ระวังด้วย เพราะอาจเสียเงินและเสียความรู้สึกเหมือนถูกหลอกจากการที่ไม่เป็นมืออาชีพและความไม่รับผิดชอบของเขา

Air bnb Huai Kha Khaeng Country Home 
If you do not want to pay for free, then the room should not be booked with this host!
Day 5 July 63, during the Buddhist Lent.  Our family of 6 people have booked the waterfront house on Ko Thepho via air bnb for 2 nights by receiving the confirmation code and money has been cut from the credit card in the amount of 15,976.48 baht. Rest for sure But on the day of the trip he called to inquire about the time of arrival. Instead, I get the answer that the house that we booked has 1 day in the previous day and will return the money to us because of a long holiday. Finding accommodation is quite difficult and  is not our fault, บอก so said. Let the host find a place to stay for us, which they have to find as a new 3-room accommodation, priced 650-1,000 baht per room per night. We had to pay ourselves and were willing to accept to stay there with no choice. He said that he will refund the credit card cut back to us after he received it from air bnb. The problem is not over yet. When we later learned that this host had reserved a room for us for only 1 night, we had to hurry to find a new place to stay for one more night, and finding such a bad host made us lose all the fun during this long weekend.
After returning for 2 weeks host the host transferred the money back to 14,000 baht by informing that he was deducted by air bnb which aside from we didn't get the room as expected, we still have to pay almost 2,000 baht for free. What is the value In fact, we shouldn't have to pay for this, when the host makes a mistake, he should be responsible for it  not pushing customers like this . And he also told us to review his unprofessionalness. Therefore, I would like to warn those who would like to book a room with this host, "Huai Kha Khaeng Country Home", to be careful, as it may lose money and feel like being fooled by his unprofessionalism and irresponsibility.
